Research interests
As a member of the Supreme Nudge research team, I work on environmental interventions to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors on a population level. One of the primary parts of my PhD trajectory is the development and implementation of a real-life supermarket cluster-randomized controlled trial.
In this trial, nudging and pricing strategies in the supermarket will be combined with a mobile physical activity app with the aim to improve lifestyle behaviors and lower cardiometabolic disease risk in adults with a low socioeconomic position.
