Research interests
Within my position at the VU Medical Center, I enjoy to combine a clinical function, analyzing gait in children with cerebral palsy for diagnostics as part of their clinical care, with a position as a PhD-researcher. The focus of my PhD project is on maximizing of outcomes of interventions to improve gait in children with cerebral palsy. By implementing real-time clinical gait analyses on the GRAIL within the clinical routine of the hospital, I hope to improve precision diagnostics for these children.
