Research interests

My research focuses on the investigation of the bidirectional interaction between tumor cells and the bone marrow (BM) microenvironment. My studies have resulted in the development of (3D) co-culture systems and unique murine xenograft models that allow us to study the pathogenesis of hematological tumors, novel therapeutic interventions, and mechanisms of microenvironment-induced resistance.
